Gus Robertson is probably one of the busiest guys in rock’n’roll… guitarist, DJ, impresario, venue manager – Gus knows how to make a show go off from every angle.

Having played lead guitar for Razorlight, Gus has gone onto work with musicians such as Mick Jones of The Clash, Phil Manzanera of Roxy Music and Paul Cook of The Sex Pistols. He is also the founder curator of “The Great Brain Robbery” – a regular night both in London and on the festival circuit – at which he presents bands DJs and performance artists, new talent alongside established acts.

Gus knows how to party and his DJ sets are implicit. He plays out regularly in London and across Europe, bringing his eclectic influences to light in his sets, which guarantee to keep on their feet. From old school rhythm’n’blues and rock‘n’roll, through the seminal sounds of the 60s and 70s, the 80s dance electro synth and rock classics, and right through to the present, Gus drops any decade at any point at yet somehow manages to give it continuity – it somehow makes perfect sense. If it’s good, it gets played – but only if it’s really good…
