Daily Tea Ceremonies with The London School of Tea (Duration: 20mins)
Tea was discovered 5000 years ago by the ancient Chinese and overtime they realised Teas amazing properties and it became the most revered spiritual drink used by Buddhist monks to reach enlightenment through mediation. The Chinese tea ceremony was born as a result of the respect for nature and need for peace, which the religious ceremonies involved; the Japanese ceremony is about precision and respect. Both are called Cha Do, the way of tea. You will be able to experience one of the ceremonies every afternoon at 4pm.

Daily Morning Yoga Classes (Duration: 75mins)
A centering class for beginners and experienced students, this class presents simple asanas and breathing practices to cultivate physical and mental well-being. Kanga Yoga adapts yoga to the individual rather than the individual to yoga; integrating sound, asana and mudra to bring the body and mind into balance and harmony. All levels welcome. * 9am on Saturday, Sunday & Monday *

Evening Yoga Classes (Duration: 75mins)

Meditation Classes (Duration: 60mins)
Take this opportunity to let your body relax and let your mind settle. Tune in to the regular rhythm of the breath whilst observing the softness of your heartbeat. Our meditation classes will take you through a wide range of meditation techniques to facilitate a soothing sense of tranquility, allowing the consciousness to come forward and the chatter of the mind to settle.

Daily Family Yoga classes (Duration: 45mins)
Family yoga provides a wonderful place to spend healthy and happy, quality time together. These classes offer the opportunity for children and parents alike to relax, strengthen and have fun together.

Soundscape Sessions – Yoga & Binural Beats with headphones & live DJ (Duration: 75mins)
An exclusive session of silence and music, yoga and binural beats. Participants are given wireless headphones and everyone is fed the same music, curated by London based electronic music producer, DJ and vocalist., Michelle Cade. Participants will be led through a yoga practice with Emma Bonnici though the headphones – the perfect opportunity for you to practice without any outside noises or interruptions. Closed with a deep meditative relaxation and head massage.

Workshops with Emma Bonnici (Duration: 60mins)
Emma Bonnici is the founder of Kanga Yoga, Soundscape and Unite For Purpose. She has been studying Yoga and Ayurveda and organising events for over 12 years. She teaches with absolute enthusiasm, care and attention to detail, whilst also bringing knowledge gained from her own personal practice, and providing strong encouragement and support within her classes. Since 2006, Emma has been traveling annually to Africa and India. Her Yoga practice has always been very inspired by her Indian teachers of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, Iyengar Yoga & Ayurveda. During her travels and studies, she discovered the true essence of adapting yoga to the individual and also learned the positive healing power of music. Emma believes our energy changes according to the environment we exist in, along with connected seasons and lifestyle.  An avid traveller, Emma enjoys learning about various cultures and bringing people together. She is dedicated and passionate about improving people’s lives and supporting communities through the teachings of Yoga & Ayurveda. Today, Emma is actively involved in community outreach projects across East Africa and India. She also leads the Kanga Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Retreats, Festival Spas & Soundscape events. Emma regularly returns to India to practice with her teacher at the Sivandana Kutir ashram, the Yoga Study Centre (Bramacharya Rudra Dev), Patanjala Yoga Kendran (Usha Devi) and Tattvaa Yogashala (Kamal Singh).

Kirtans featuring Bhavini Vyas (75mins)
Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting whose roots go back over 500 years to India. It is a form of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion) and has the power to open the heart. The singing is accompanied by musical instruments and rhythmic drumming. The audience is welcomed to participate by chanting, clapping and dancing.

Nay’s Aerial Yoga

A combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of an aerial hammock, Nay’s aerial yoga defies gravity and allows you to perform various yoga poses that may be difficult to do on the ground, but easier in mid-air. It’s fun and acrobatic. Among it’s many physical benefits – Increasing flexibility, healing back problems, increasing strength, improving balance, aids digestion and can even improve memory!  Aerial Yoga can also help improve many aspects of everyday life, including building confidence and over coming fears. It allows change in the physical perception, It brings out a light playful energy with feelings of the child within.
